Since then, his growth has accelerated rapidly.<\/p>\n<p>He has already gained senior international experience with Northern Ireland and is now widely regarded as one of the brightest young goalkeepers in the EFL.<\/p>\n<p>The Rangers&#8217; interest is not surprising at all.<\/p>\n<p>    The club is increasingly looking to sign young players with resale potential, but Rohr is believed to want competition and depth across the squad ahead of next season.<\/p>\n<p>Charles would fit perfectly into that recruiting model given his age, experience level, and long-term upside.<\/p>\n<p>However, if City decide to make a serious move on him, Rangers could face an uphill battle to complete the deal.<\/p>\n<p>City are reportedly considering a reunion due to uncertainty over James Trafford&#8217;s future.
