Josh Windass, Dan Neil and Luke Graham are all on the radar of the squad in what could be the start of Danny Rolle&#8217;s overhaul of the squad.<\/p>\n<p>However, that review may come at a certain cost. Rangers are willing to sell Youssef Cermiti this summer for around \u00a325m, and the 49ers are ready to give the green light to Galatasaray&#8217;s move if they match the asking price, according to Turkish journalist Sergen Dag.<\/p>\n<p>The Turkish giants are looking for a new striker and the Rangers man is currently on the shortlist. It would give him immediate financial freedom, with the Gell family already finding their replacement in Shankland.<\/p>\n<p>The big question is whether Mr. Roll will say anything about it. He beamed as he praised the forward in his first season at the club as &#8220;outstanding&#8221;.
