He declined to guarantee that LIV Golf would finish the year, telling CNBC that the league needs to trust that Saudi Arabia&#8217;s Public Investment Fund will continue to fund the league through the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n<p>advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Front Office Sports reported last week that LIV Golf&#8217;s funding could be depleted before then, citing an executive at one of the league&#8217;s partner companies as saying &#8220;all remaining tournaments are in jeopardy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Neill continues to praise the PIF, which announced in April that it would cease funding at the end of this season.
