Tottenham legend Teddy Shellingham has warned Brentford boss Thomas Frank about taking a job on behalf of Ange Post Ecogle.<\/strong><\/p>\n Frank has done an impressive job while in charge of Brentford, but it’s not too surprising to see him linking to celebrities like the Spurs now.<\/p>\n Postecoglou was fired by Tottenham yesterday.<\/p>\n The Australian tactician may have delivered silverware, but his team’s Premier League form was really poor in 2024\/25 so it probably makes sense that the club decided to make changes.<\/p>\n Discussing business situation on his old side, Sheringham expressed concern about Frank’s ability to step up from Brentford to Tottenham.<\/p>\n The former England star also couldn’t hide his disappointment that Post Cogl was eventually shown the door.<\/p>\n “Thomas Frank is fine. He’s fine. He’s fine. He’s doing well at Brentford,” Sheringham told Turksport.<\/p>\n “I know Tottenham won nothing before the Europa League this season, but they are expected to win things, and management of Brentford and management of Tottenham are two different things.<\/p>\n “It would be interesting to see how Thomas Frank is doing because who knows and is he excited to come in?”<\/p>\n He added:<\/p>\n “He brings the game into the opposition and entertains him. He wants to win the game. He’s not there to win on the break.
