London have already linked Real Madrid&#8217;s sensational Rodrigo for \u00a384 million and Anthony Elanga of Nottingham Forest, which is close to \u00a360 million.<\/p>\n<p>But when things stand anyway, neither of those players feel like they&#8217;re likely to move anytime soon.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, according to a recent report in Spanish newspaper Sport, Arsenal is very interested in the athletic Bilbao Star, as broadcast by sports witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, in an exciting development, the report claims that gunners are bidding heavily on the young Spaniards, offering a net salary of 9 million euros per year.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the story reaffirms the advance report that the club is willing to convert the Winger&#8217;s \u20ac62 million release clause to around \u00a353 million.<\/p>\n<p>It can be a very expensive and possibly a very complicated transfer, but given Williams&#8217; abilities and possibilities it&#8217;s worth fighting for, especially as it would be Williams is a great answer for Arsenal.<\/p>\n<p>The first and perhaps most important reason is related to the fundamental figures of the Spaniards in the last two campaigns, as it becomes very clear that his ceiling is much higher when compared to the bee ace.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the former Troys ace gets better with some metrics, such as progressive pass around 90 and airborne Dale, but he
