  • Man United is interested in PSG’s Fabian Lewis
  • League 1 champions are not going to sell Lewis

The summer transfer windows get hot as Manchester United and Al Nassle aim for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Lewis. Catch off side.

Al Nassr is actively moving in the market with a mid-range overhaul, identifying Fabian as a key piece for rebuilding.

The Saudi Arabian Pro League giants are preparing an official offer to present to PSG, hoping to steal Man United’s march, which has recently strengthened interest in Spanish midfielders.

Al Nassle’s plan to revamp the midfield includes off-road players like Marcelo Brozovic creating space and balancing wage structures, with Lewis at the top of his wish list.

Man United, meanwhile, sees Fabian as a player who can bring calm and creativity to the middle.

Due to the uncertain future of Casemiro and the need for a technically talented midfielder who can direct play, Ruiz has emerged as the top target for Red Devils.

Despite growing interest, PSG stands firmly in their stance. Head coach Louis Enrique considers Fabian an integral part of his plan, already conveying the importance of maintaining a midfielder in the club’s hierarchy.

PSG not only reluctantly for Fabian to leave, but has also begun consultations to extend the contract, which is currently running until 2027, showing further its commitment to keeping him in Paris.

Lewis, who played PSG 58 times this season, has become a key figure in the PSG midfield since moving from Napoli, and has been an important part of the French club’s team that won the Champions League title this year.

Fabian Lewis’ tug-of-war is likely to intensify, with Al Nassle’s financial strength and United’s Premier League pull set to test PSG’s resolve.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Karhanoglu is another midfielder on the Red Devils radar.

Man United’s target is “staying at the club” as major U-turn claims are being made.
