Arsenal’s busy summer continues as gunners hit a more vital deal with Ethan Nuwaneri signing a new deal.

England Under 21 International has been shining ever since rising to the first team from Arsenal’s academy, and fans of the club will be pleased that he is staying.

With the formal announcement pending, the agreement is essentially all done and the telegraph claims it is all fully agreed and signed.

According to the report, Nuwaneri has been committed to Arsenal for the next five years, and it would certainly be exciting to witness his development from here after such a promising start at Emirates Stadium.

I imagine Nwaneri has attractive options elsewhere. Catch off side Previously, I was informed that Chelsea was interested.

Still, after already gaining much of his playing time last season, there is certainly a key role for the 18-year-old offensive midfielder on the side of Mikel Arteta.

Nwaneri played 37 games and scored a total of nine goals in all competitions, never really digging into sight in big games in the Premier League and Champions League.

Bukayo Saka and Miles Lewis Skelly are also major success stories at Arsenal’s academy, and Nuwaneri will certainly be the next.
