Agreed terms: Wolves were hoping to confirm their £18 million signatures in the near future

The wolves are reportedly expected to announce John Arias’ £18 million signature from Fulminence in the coming days.

The 27-year-old forward is set to move to Molineux to replace Matheus Cunha following his departure to join Manchester United at the beginning of the summer.

According to Soccer Insider, it has been agreed that Arias will join the wolves in a £18 million deal and should now be official at any time.

Cunha’s departure was a major blow to Vitor Pereira’s side, but Arias looks like a decent alternative to give the team a bit of a boost ahead of the new season.

Wolves fans will definitely be excited by Arias’ arrival, and they hope this will actually be officially announced in the coming days.

Columbia International has little experience playing in Europe, but he appears to be someone who can adapt to the requirements of the Premier League.

I’ve already seen Arias compete at a high level this summer at the Fulminence performance at the Club World Cup.

A versatile attacker who can go out centrally or widely, Arias has a similar playing style to Cunha, so it should help the club deal with the blow of losing one of the best players.

Arias contributed double digits of goals in 2022, 2023 and 2024, even if his form was slightly dipped into the division in 2025.
