Despite the massive influx of spending during the summer transfer period, Arsenal star Bukayosaka still remains one of the club’s key men in 2025/26.

The academy graduates worked in his way through the youth system before solidifying his position on the first team team.

However, he was injured last season by a 23-year-old injury, and suffered a hamstring injury in December.

The British managed to finish the year with 25 goals in 37 appearances in all competitions.

If the gunners win England’s top flight under Mikel Arteta’s guidance, he will need many players from the Emirates to participate, as seen in their recent attempts in the market.

He is seeking Arsenal’s assistance to help Saka.

Despite £2 million spent this summer, Arsenal moved to recent Landbayer Leverkusen star Pierohincapie. The Spurs are also interested in signing the defender.

The player himself has already been in discussion with Arteta about the switch to the Emirates and is claimed that he may be keen to switch to the UK, but it could cost him around £52 million to praise him from the German outfit.

But he is not the only player in their vision at the moment. Girona’s right-back Arnau Martinez is another star they think, according to one journalist.

He claims that the gunners made an offer of 10 million euros (£8.5 million) to land the Spaniard, who had made 50 appearances in the 40 Champions League in 2024/25.

Currently, it is unclear whether the player or his current employer is accepting the move, but Arteta’s side appears to be making a significant move to sign the youth.

Why Arsenal’s latest targets are best for Saka

The new season is just two games, but Wingersaka was already impressed by Arsenal. Currently, he plays his role on the top of the table.

England International has already started an account for the 2025/26 season and scored in a recent appearance with Leeds United.

However, his progress may seem to have stopped after limping in the same game with hamstring issues – an injury that significantly restricted him in the previous campaign.

It’s unclear how long the winger will be on the sidelines, but the manager hopes it’s fatigue and not another serious issue given the previous struggle.

After returning to action, he could be boosted by attempts to succeed individuals and teams – especially if the hierarchy signs a contract for the current Target Martinez.

Young people are fullbacks in trade, but he has been able to impress his sense of ownership over the past few months.

Labeled “complete” by Talent Scout Jacek Kulig, Martinez ranked in the 92nd percentile of the pass to the 92nd percentile (5.3) with progressive passes (5.6).

Such numbers show the talent of having the ball at his feet and have since been comfortable owned – something that is necessary for Arteta’s own-based system.

However, given his defensive role, he must also be able to succeed from possession – but that doesn’t matter, and Martinez shows such talents richly.

He had the tools to create 1.8 tackles per 90 at Lariga last season, with 1.1 intercepts per 90, and add another option to the Gunners’ impressive backline.

If you can agree to a deal at the rumoured £8.5 million price, it would be another great business, especially considering his soft age at 22.

Such a deal will bring great profits to Saka and offer the youngster another opportunity to build his impressive figure with the Emirates in the past few campaigns.
