Since the start of the 1968 era, 16 professional tennis players have won consecutive US open single titles. Roger Federer won the highest honors from 2004 to 2008, leading the men’s field with five consecutive wins. Chris Ebert tops the women’s list and won four consecutive times from 1975 to 1978.

At the 2025 US Open, Aryna Sabalenka joined the elite group after beating Amanda Anisimova, winning second consecutive single titles. Sabalenka defeated Jessica Pegra in the 2024 women’s final.
