Man United has identified one position to address in 2026.

Man United has already begun planning a transfer period for the summer of 2026, with one position in particular confirmed to be addressed.

Reuben Amorin saw Matteus Cunha, Brian Mbemo, Benjamin Sesco and Senne Ranmens have been added to his team during the 2025 windows that closed earlier this month. And he has already made it clear that more additions are needed after the 2026-27 season.

Speaking at the United Stands, Ben Jacobs revealed that despite Amorim just bringing in the Lammen, he requested Man United to sign another goalkeeper next summer.

“I think Reuben Amorim is pushing for the number one goalkeeper, but he has Senne Ranmens to test first. After Andre Onana went to Turkey, it’s Bay Indiele and Lammens.

“As Bay Indeal could leave in 2026 and Onana would likely leave, there will be another goalkeeper as far as I know.

It makes sense that a more experienced goalkeeper will be signed by Man United, but there are questions as to why it wasn’t brought in for Lammen.
