Galatasaray trolls Liverpool hilariously, “You’ll never walk alone.”

Galatasaray had a big victory over Liverpool in the Champions League clash last night, and then apparently failed to resist a cheeky jibe against their opponents.

The Turkish giant, posting from the English version of the X account, chuckled the Reds with the message “You never walk alone, but sometimes you don’t leave without points.”

Victor Osimhen’s penalty gave Galatasaray a victory. Liverpool is not at their best and now they have lost twice in a row in every tournament.

Liverpool can bounce back from now on, but how much worry should Arne Slot be?

It is perhaps a bit of concern for Arne Slot that his team acknowledges so many goals, even if this result doesn’t mean too much in the context of the Champions League phase.

Even when they were winning games this season, they left it when they won 4-2 at Bournemouth, 3-2 at Newcastle, and 1-0 at Burnley.

It is true that the best side often finds ways to win even if they’re not at their best, but it’s probably a bit unsettling that the LFC had to rub so many matches.

In many respects, their defeat at the Palace and Galatasaray doesn’t seem so surprising as there was certainly a poor form of run coming while the team scored so many goals.

With Liverpool coming in a few tough games in the Premier League and getting major players injured, it will be interesting to see how they will bounce back from now on.
