Tottenham Hotspur defender Radu Dragusin is currently recovering from an ACL injury, and his agent is offering a timeline for his return.
The 23-year-old picked up a long-term injury in January, and he has been on the sidelines ever since. However, he is expected to return later this month.
Tottenham lacks deep in his defensive forces, and his return is ideal for them. The Romanians could prove to be extremely useful players for them for the rest of the season. Dragusin has been linked to exits from the club in the past.
The player’s agents have confirmed that the defender is ahead of the recovery schedule, but they need to be patient with their return. Tottenham can’t afford to immediately drive him into action. It’s seriously injured and the player needs to regain his fitness.
Radu Dragusin Agent has returned to Japan
“Radu is fine, especially since he hasn’t started full training at Tottenham, I don’t know if he’ll be approved to play,” he said via Digisport.
“I’m happy he’s on the list. His return moment is approaching. I think Radu is 100% ready, at most a month. There’s no delay in recovery.
“Radu will be eight months after the surgery in mid-October. On the contrary, he is ahead of his preparation. He has a player who has stayed for 12-13 months. The idea is not a rush.
“It’s normal to feel Radu’s absence from the team. There’s no substitute for him. He plays at the level he plays and there’s a huge difference between what’s played in the UK compared to the other side. At this point, it’s impossible to replace Radu dragin.”
You need to relax the dragosin
It is very unlikely that players will be on the pitch this month. Perhaps a return to action in November would be ideal for defenders.
Tottenham needs to plan the entire season and they need to bring him back to the team. They have been competing in the Premier League and Champions League this season. They have a lot of games to deal with. They cannot afford to suffer another serious injury by making the player move quickly.
Dragusin is linked to an exit from Spurs as he has no past game time. It remains to be seen whether Thomas Frank wants to give him more chances.
