ToggleTour Edge has the latest lineup of exotic metal woods and is preparing for its 40th anniversary in 2026.
The new Exotics line includes three drivers, three fairway woods and one hybrid, all featuring the company’s new technologies, including pyramid face technology, as well as the company’s new logo.
Along with drivers and fairway woods, Tour Edge will also introduce new “light” models, expanding the ever-growing segment of the market for lighter swing weights to generate launch and speed.
“We are extremely proud of these clean, visually appealing head shapes at address times,” Tour Edge CEO David Grodd said in a press release. “Combining the visible and internal technology built into this lineup has confirmed that these metalwoods deliver excellent results across a wide range of player types and handicap in all of the tests of touring players, amateurs and robots. We look forward to seeing how golfers will benefit from the new Exotics Lite drivers and fairways, ranked one of the lightest options on the market.”

What is the new exotic metal woodline?
Tour Edge’s new Exotics line consists of three drivers (LS, Max and Lite), three fairways (LS, Max and Lite), and a Max hybrid product.
Tour Edge
All new clubs feature a new full carbon construction that contains 50-80% more carbon than the previous generation. The new “pyramid face technology” reduces the excess mass of the face, contributing to increased ball speed when off-center hits. Increase tungsten around the club to increase MOI.
The driver and fairway wood also feature new “360° ridgeback technology” that reinforces titanium or steel by wrapping it around the club.
Who are each clubs for?
The new Exotics line has each club type optimized for a specific player type.

Tour Edge.
LS Drivers and LS Fairways Woods: The LS driver and fairway wood are the most compact shapes and are designed for speedy players to minimize spin. The driver has a 440cc engine displacement, but it delivers a best-in-class MOI of over 8,700. The LS Fairway Wood features a full titanium construction with the new RyzerSole, which pushes forward lower weight, promoting high launch and low spin.
Both LS models feature adjustable hosels and interchangeable weights for forward and rearward adjustments to launch and spin characteristics.

Max Driver, Max Fairway Wood, Max Hybrid: The Max model has a driver MOI of over 10,500, making it an attractive and generous model for the majority of golfers. The Max driver also comes with an adjustable rear weight and an adjustable hosel for adjusting the heel-to-toe center of gravity position. Both fairway wood and hybrid adjustable weights allow you to adjust the swing weight with options ranging from 5g to 20g.

Light Driver, Light Fairway Wood: The newcomer in the Exotics lineup is the Lite model. It’s 5% lighter than its sibling model, and combines a 40 gram shaft and 42 gram grip for players who need a little help in speed and launch. The Lite model also has a draw bias with an offset hosel, a heel-focused center of gravity, and the most upright lie angle of the family.
My thoughts
The new line is well fostering the idea of wanting to enter a new era, while still remaining true to what the tour edge has been going on for 40 years.
These new woods clearly have a “tour edge” look, but the all-black design, fully employed in carbon, offers a more premium appeal.
When a driver’s price reaches $100, the price will jump, but even $500 is $100 to $150 cheaper than a driver from a major OEM manufacturer. Tour Edge clearly believes there is a market for golfers who don’t want to pay more than $500 per club.
You can also see that the model is properly segmented and clearly identifies who should play what. Nowadays, almost everyone knows that the “LS” model is aimed at better players, and the ever-growing ultra-light category is well-represented in the “Lite” option.
