Manchester United are interested in signing Levante attacker Carl Etta Eyon, with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona in competition.

According to a new front page report, sports world (via sports witness), Manchester United want to sign Levante star Eyon, with the striker also targeting Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Manchester City and Arsenal are also considered potential suitors for the 22-year-old, with a number of clubs showing interest in him, making it clear what a talented player he is. His current contract with the Premier League club has a release clause of £35 million.
There’s a reason why Eyon is currently a player to watch, having scored five goals in just seven La Liga games so far this season, and has been hailed as “on fire” by scout Jacek Kulig.

The two-capped Cameroon international is a centre-forward by trade, and with Rasmus Hjølund likely to make a permanent move to Napoli at the end of the season and Joshua Zirkzee’s future far from uncertain, the Levante ace could be considered a strong contender for Benjamin Sesco.
United need to be in a position to sign the best attacker in the game, as they often did under Sir Alex Ferguson. And if they can attract teams like Madrid or Barca to sign Ayon, it would be a huge statement of intent.
