For the 2026 NASCAR season, one of the sport’s top drivers will unveil an updated look for his No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet with NAPA Auto Parts as the primary sponsor. The iconic blue and white design will remain, but notable adjustments are coming: after predominantly featuring blue in 2025, the car will reintroduce white accents along the doors and include a blue stripe with yellow trim on its sides.

Chase Elliott, who debuted in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series with JR Motorsports in 2014 and secured the championship that same year, has enjoyed significant success at the Cup level with Hendrick Motorsports. With 21 victories at the sport’s highest tier—14 of which have featured NAPA as a key sponsor—he clinched the Cup championship in 2020. Recently, Elliott was named NASCAR’s most popular driver for the eighth consecutive year. At 30 years old, he wrapped up the 2025 season in eighth place, winning twice at his hometown track in Atlanta and once more during the playoffs at Kansas.

Fan Take: Chase Elliott’s refreshed car design not only symbolizes his enduring partnership with NAPA but also keeps his brand fresh for fans heading into 2026. His continued popularity and success make him a central figure in NASCAR, driving excitement and engagement that help sustain the sport’s growth.
