The New York Racing Association (NYRA) has revealed the television schedule for Saturday’s Mutet Mile Invitational at Caymanas Park in Jamaica. This event will be featured for the third year running on America’s Day at the Races.
The broadcast will start at 11 a.m. ET on FS1 and continue on FS2 from 2 p.m., showcasing live races from both Caymanas Park and Aqueduct Racetrack. The Mutet Mile Invitational, a Grade 1 race for horses aged three and older running one mile, offers the largest purse in the English-speaking Caribbean with $300,000 up for grabs in 2025. Notably, Hall of Fame jockey Javier Castellano will ride Ride All Day, making his debut in the Mutet Mile.
Coverage will include on-site commentary for the G1 Mutet Mile, G3 Chairman’s Plate Invitational, and the G1 Blue Seons Sprint Trophy at Caymanas Park. The broadcast, produced by NYRA in collaboration with FOX Sports, will also highlight the effects of Hurricane Melissa along with the island’s ongoing recovery efforts.
Viewers can expect expert analysis from NYRA Senior Horse Racing Analyst Andy Serling and NYRA Television Analyst and Reporter Maggie Wolfendale live from Caymanas Park.
