Liverpool keen to sign £100m rated star like Semenyo

Diomande has already expressed interest in playing for his boyhood club Liverpool, but with a transfer fee thought to be around £87m to £100m, it won’t be cheap.

Still, Liverpool showed last year that they were willing to spend big on top Bundesliga talent Florian Wirths, and they could now repeat the trick.

How does Yann Diomande fit into Liverpool?

Diomande’s natural talent and adaptability make him a potential successor to Salah at Liverpool. Boksak also said that Leipzig’s talent is “destined to be something special”, but it’s hard to argue that it isn’t already the case.

Even if, as in the case of Wirtz, Diomande takes time to adapt to the rigors of the English game, his outstanding quality is undeniable and, as in the case of Wirtz, he will quickly thrive in the Anfield team.
