Arsenal lost a massive two points as Wolves came from two points behind to draw 2-2.

Despite holding a two-goal lead for much of the match, Mikel Arteta’s side collapsed in the final stages of the game, dropping a crucial two points in the race for the title.

Hugo Bueno’s brilliant goal gave the home team confidence that they would get something out of this match. And indeed, their efforts paid off as soon as the game ended.

David Raya and Gabriel Magalhaes mix up and Wolves score in stoppage time

The decisive moment of the match came when Wolves curled a hopeful cross into Arsenal’s penalty area.

Defender Gabriel Magalhães appeared to be in a good position to easily avoid the danger, but Raya made the fateful decision to run off his line to steal the ball.

The Spaniard collided with his teammate and sent a cross straight into the path of Tom Edsey.

Edzier’s powerful shot into the open net hit Riccardo Calafioli before it could cross the line, silencing the away supporters.
