The Cadillac Championship is the latest marquee event on the PGA Tour schedule, with 72 players returning to Trump National Doral for the first time in 10 years to take on the Blue Monster.
Leading the field for the fifth Signature Event of the season will be world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who enters as the heavy favorite in a Signature Event field devoid of Rory McIlroy, Matt Fitzpatrick and Xander Schauffele due to a condensed Signature Event schedule between the Masters and PGA Championship. With $20 million in prize money at stake, these absences give the rest of the field a chance to win big.
Playing alongside Scheffler for the first two days will be No. 4 Cameron Young, with The Players champion looking for his second important win at Florida State this season. It’s been 10 years since we’ve seen the Blue Monster Course on the PGA Tour, but Young seems to have a knack for the course because of its length, which is a must on the massive 7,739-yard course.
Other notable players in the field include Justin Rose, who is set to make his debut McLaren’s new golf club Also appearing this week are Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood, Russell Henry, Viktor Hovland, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, and more.
Here’s how you can watch the stars and the rest of the field try to tame the Blue Monster and earn a check for $3.6 million in prize money this weekend. Our preview and expert picks For events.
