Arsenal and Chelsea record 60 million euros in Serie A and hope to create a sensation across Europe

Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in signing Atalanta defender Honest Ahanoglu.

According to a report from Sports Boom, the 18-year-old defender has attracted the attention of top clubs with his performances, and the Italian club will only allow him to leave for a transfer fee of 60 million euros.

They are under no pressure to sell him cheap as he has a long-term contract with Atalanta. It will be interesting to see if Arsenal or Manchester City are ready to make a move within the next week. They are monitoring the 18-year-old defender’s situation closely and see him as a solid investment for the future.

Arsenal already have a world-class defensive unit and it remains to be seen whether they will be prepared to pay a high fee for a technically gifted defender. Ideally, you should consider investing in attack units. They already have a lot of talent on defense and won’t be able to give an 18-year-old player regular minutes.

Ahanoğlu should consider joining a club where he can play more often. Sitting on the bench at a big club won’t help his development.

Chelsea, on the other hand, could give him a good chance. They need to tighten up at the back and signing a young defender could be a smart move. Xabi Alonso has been successful in developing young players and could play a key role in the 18-year-old’s development. He may be able to help Ahanor reach his potential in the near future.

Arsenal and Chelsea certainly have the financial power to pay €60 million for a young defender, and it remains to be seen what decision they will make.
