CHASKA, Minn. – The most enviable headcover on tour belongs to world No. 1 Nelly Korda.
Every year, longtime caddy Jason McDade designs a new headcover for his boss’s driver, which is specially made by Elliott Golf Co., a Charleston, S.C., manufacturer of hand-stitched leather goods.

Makdide fills his headcover with symbols of special moments, such as Olympic gold medals, major victories, and the flags of the countries that hoisted trophies. The current version includes a pair of dice to represent her 2024 win in Las Vegas, the flags of Taiwan and Australia, for example, to represent her first two Tour wins, and a lion, which she has long used as her personal logo.

“I hope I can play both games next year,” McDide said with a smile.
Korda, a 19-time LPGA champion, has four titles as of 2026, including the first two majors of the season. She is competing for her third straight major title at this week’s KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
