Muñoz has now revealed that he was not put off by the transfer rumors as he has distanced himself from the turmoil and focused on competing in the World Cup with Spain. Despite being sidelined due to injury, he remains focused on the task at hand.
He told Sports Stadium: “Everything happened in one day because I wanted it all to happen in one day. It wasn’t complicated and I didn’t have to overthink things because I needed to focus. Well, that’s right. I’m pretty much away from all of this and haven’t heard or discussed anything I talked to my agent about the fact that the contract hasn’t been finalized yet. ”
