The second qualifying session for the 2025 Man TT on the Isle of Man took place under perfect conditions, following a Thursday session canceled due to bad weather. Numerous riders delivered strong performances, notably Dean Harrison on his Honda Racing Superstock bike and Davy Todd on his 8ten Racing BMW Superbike.

Davy Todd achieved a lap speed of 132.673 mph from a standing start, with 8ten Racing dominating the superbike category by claiming the top two spots, while Peter Hickman also posted an impressive 131.326 mph on his BMW. Unfortunately, Friday’s session ended early after Peter Hickman suffered a crash.

In the Superbike qualifier, Todd ranked first, followed by Hickman and Connor Cummins. Honda riders Nathan Harrison and Dean Harrison also posted top speeds, along with Michael Dunlop and Suzuki’s Shawn Anderson. The Maze qualifiers saw Dean Harrison lead with an impressive 132.853 mph lap on his BMW, closely trailed by Peter Hickman and Davy Todd. Michael Dunlop and Ian Hutchinson completed the top five spots.

The sidecar qualifiers were highlighted by the Crowe duo, Ryan and Calm, breaking two class lap records with their fastest lap reaching 120.202 mph. In the Super Sports category, Dean Harrison continued his dominant run with the fastest lap at 128.093 mph on his Honda 600cc, followed by Michael Dunlop on a Ducati and Peter Hickman on a Victory bike.

Michael Dunlop excelled in the Supertwin qualifier, saving his best lap for last at 122.159 mph on an MD Racing Paton, narrowly ahead of Michael Evans on a Kawasaki. The session featured a range of competitors on various brands, demonstrating the competitive depth across classes.
