Tomorrow’s exciting episode of WWE NXT may become even more action-packed as Royce Keys has hinted at an additional appearance by the 946 faction. Royce Keys took to X to send a cryptic warning to fans attending the special Wednesday night show, stating, “#WWENXT. Tomorrow night. Ain’t nobody safe.”
On Monday’s WWE Raw, the 946 stable surprised everyone by adding Cruz Montana (formerly Mike Santana) as their newest member during a confrontation with The Bloodline. Wearing a mask, Montana initially targeted World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns with a Spin The Block move and helped Keys recover. After revealing his identity, Montana joined the entire group—Keys, Carmelo Hayes, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, and Jaida Parker—in a powerful assault against The Bloodline’s Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Solo Sikoa.
Following Montana’s induction on Raw, NXT General Manager Robert Stone confirmed that Montana would still compete in his scheduled Unsanctioned Match against Dion Lennox on NXT. However, WWE’s preview for the November 4 episode has since removed that match, leaving fans uncertain if the card has officially changed.
Among the confirmed matches for NXT is the highly anticipated final of the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, where Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno will face Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes will award the tournament trophy to the victorious duo.
In addition, NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan will defend her title against a yet-to-be-revealed challenger, and NXT Champion Grayson Waller is set to defend his belt against CM Punk. Wrestling icon John Cena will also appear in connection with the upcoming John Cena Classic tournament.
Fan Take: This latest development not only raises the stakes for NXT’s next show but also highlights the growing influence of the 946 faction in WWE’s storytelling. For fighting fans, these plot twists promise thrilling matchups and new rivalries, potentially reshaping the landscape of WWE’s emerging talent scene.
