Newcastle United are currently keen to sign the Manchester United star on loan, but according to a recent report, the Red Devils are looking for a permanent move instead.

Newcastle will hold talks with Premier League stars

Given that Magpies are back in the Champions League next season and wanting to be competitive in both the Premier League, we can expect to look to do some signings this summer to strengthen the depths.

Magpies are considering trading.

Given the ages of Fabian Shah Byrne and Dan Byrne and the fact that Jamal Russell appears to leave St. James Park at the end of the month, signing a new centre-back could be high on the agenda.

This week, it has been reported that Newcastle is in fact discussing Brighton & Hove Albion’s Jan Paul Van Hecke about a move to the Northeast this summer. A player representative began talking before the club that they were in touch with the Seagulls, who are about to score around £60 million for the defenders.

In addition to holding consultations on signing the new defender, Athletic reports that Newcastle has held an internal meeting on signing West Ham United’s Mohamed Kudus.

The forward has a release clause worth £75 million, and considering he lost his favor under director Graham Potter, it is believed that Hammer is open to selling Kudos. Kudus’ pursuit could be seen as an alternative to Bryan Mbeumo, and the Magpie is not the only forward on the list as it is weighing down on the moves of another Premier League attacker.

Newcastle wants to winger Man Utd Ace on loan

According to the Sun, Newcastle is interested in signing Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford on a loan deal over the season.

The British appear to be about to leave Old Trafford this summer, but Magpies are ready to make their moves as they believe they can provide him with the right stage to get his career back on track. Rashford is not considered a replacement player for Alexander Isaac, who links to distant movements.

However, there is a stumbling block as the Red Devils prefer a permanent exit following the loan spell at Aston Villa.

Meanwhile, Rashford himself, who was previously known as “world class” by his United teammate Luke Shaw, is believed to consider Barcelona as his preferred destination, but the Spanish side has turned to other targets. The villa decided to oppose the options they had to buy. That’s when he’s set to return to United preseason training next month.

It is claimed that United wants to sell Rashford this summer if they receive a fee of £40 million, but the club hasn’t come yet. The possibility of Rashford’s arrival in Newcastle will not only see him fighting for the spot with Isaac, but he will also have things like both players who were key under Eddie Howe, Anthony Gordon and Harvey Burns.
