Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana clashed with his teammate Casemiro in the UEFA Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur last night.

The two players were seen going to each other during the game. The real reason behind the meltdown is unknown, but it may suggest that Manchester United has dressing room uncertainty.

Man United spent a poor season

It’s a disappointing season for them, and they’re 16th in the league table. On top of that, they missed out on European qualifications for next season.

Their performances are disappointing and the players have been heavily criticized throughout the season.

In particular, Onana has attracted a lot of criticism for his error-prone performance. There were rumours that Manchester United could aim to try and trade onanas in the summer. It will be interesting to see if the former Milan goalkeeper can convince the club to stick to him.

Meanwhile, Casemiro is not at its best this season either. The Brazilian is clearly in decline and he is on the Twilight stage of his career. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United has decided to introduce upgrades in the summer. Signing a quality defensive midfielder must be one of the priorities heading towards the transfer window.

Manchester United are eager to bounce back hard next season, and will need quality signatures in the summer.
