DONE Contract: Liverpool officially announces its second summer signature

Liverpool has officially announced the signature of talented young Hungarian goalkeeper Armin Pecsi.

The 20-year-old Shotstopper is now an official Reds player and has signed a contract with a photo of the report on the club’s official website.

Pexi is relatively inexperienced, but already has a fair amount of first-team football under his belt at former club Puscascademia.

Liverpool’s report also states that Pexi is a nominee for the 2025 Golden Boy Award, so he looks like a great prospect for the future, even if he’s unlikely to see many of its teams at Anfield for the time being.

It’s been a busy summer with Liverpool goals, with Pexi coming in and Khaoimhin Keleher already leaving the club to join Brentford.

On top of that, now that Giorgi Mamaldashvili is now completing his move from Valencia, it will be interesting to see what happens in Alison Becker’s number one position.

Mamal Dashvili’s contract was agreed last summer, but he spent another season with Valencia before his scheduled move to Liverpool for the 2025/26 season.

It would be interesting to see what his arrival means for Allison’s future, as it is difficult to imagine the talent of the top, such as Mamal Dashvili being pleased with the location of the bench.

Currently there is no indication that Alysson will leave Anfield, so perhaps the Brazilian will remain number one for another season, and Mamal Dashvili can make a loan.

Pecsi looks like he could be a great backup keeper for the time being, but there is certainly a chance that he could become number one in the future.
