Newcastle United have completed the signing of Antonio Cordero, and the youngsters have shared a social media post showing his excitement.

He shared his Instagram post as follows: “New chapters, new challenges. I’m proud to join @NUFC and wear these colors.

Cordero told the club’s website, “It’s a real honor and a real joy to be here. I’m a person I love to appreciate. Why not come to one of the best places in the world to do that? That’s one of the reasons I’m here.

Newcastle managed to win the competition

The 18-year-old is currently serving international duties with Spain under 19, and he is highly regarded. He was able to develop into a key player in Newcastle with proper guidance, and the Premier League side is pleased to have won the race for his signature.

They had to win the competition from Real Madrid and Barcelona to sign the players. The Spanish winger joined the club on a free transfer after his contract expired with Malaga.

The promising winger is likely to be part of the first team team and it will be interesting to see if he can convince Eddie Howe to provide ample first team opportunities for next season.

British regular football could help him improve further and fulfill his potential. Newcastle is an ambitious club with exciting projects. They competed in the UEFA Champions League next season and won domestic trophies this past season as well.
