Arsenal has recently linked to highly rated young Sevilla midfielder Lucian Agume, and his interest has been confirmed again.
Last week we picked up the claims that Spanish outlet Fichage made about Arsenal’s interest in Agume.
It is now reported by Athletic that Arsenal has discussed Agume as an option for doubting the future of Thomas Parties.
The experienced Ghana International could potentially leave Emirates Stadium to a free transfer this summer, which will complicate him.
According to an Athletic report, Agome appears to have someone in mind as a low-cost option for gunners.
Arsenal certainly needs to have another midfielder signature
Arsenal may already have Martin Zubimendi incoming, according to BBC Sports and others, but if they lose the part along with Gorginho, who has already left, Zubimendi’s signature will not be enough.
Agome looks like a great outlook after its La Liga exhibition. The 23-year-old makes sense as a good option to add depth to Mikel Arteta’s side.
It remains to be seen how much AFC will have to pay for AGOUME, but it appears that 21 International, below France, is expected to be one of the cheaper options in the market.
What Fabrizio Romano said about Thomas Party’s future
A few days ago, Fabrizio Romano posted to X about the lack of Partey’s contract talks.
Romano said “there is no agreement so far,” and that Part and Arsenal have “now concrete opportunities” for “part-times to come.”
Partey is an excellent performer for Arsenal and replacing him is not easy, but Agome looks like a player with similar possibilities.
