Aston Villa still faces PSR concerns
With the June 30th and the PSR deadline approaching, Aston Villa is running out of time to sell players and face what could become the most important week of the summer. At this stage, the players likely to depart are Emiliano Martinez and Leon Bailey. The former is the subject of Manchester United’s interest, and Villa is not desperate to sell key players to rival clubs, but may not have the option by next month.
Of course, Bailey’s departure will be much easier this summer. The Jamaican winger was given pecking orders for last season after Doniel Maren’s arrival. Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio’s loan spells are over.

Aston Villa wants to sign Jens Cajuste
Aston Villa is eager to sign Jens Cajuste in Naples this summer, according to Naples, a local broadcast by sports witnesses. Following the financing season at Ipswichtown, the midfielder will reportedly be allowed to leave the Italian club for just 10 million euros (£8.5 million) in the coming months.

One of several solid performances, Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna often praised Cajuste during his time at the club. “He’s a really talented footballer, but in terms of his robustness, he’s made really good progress and is improving as the season continues.”
