Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Crystal Palace’s Mark Guech during the summer transfer period.

The 25-year-old Central Defender is very impressive in the Premier League, and he is enough to play for the largest club in the country. According to Fitcheyes, Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle have expressed interest in signing, while Crystal Palace has a fee of 50 million euros.

Guehi is also linked to Liverpool.

It will be interesting to see which clubs are willing to pay. While there is no doubt that all three clubs will be able to use quality central defenders, England International is the final year of his contract and the reported asking price is very steep. Clubs hoping to sign the defender will aim to allocate him at a more reasonable amount. He will be available for free transfers next summer.

It will be interesting to see if Crystal Palace is ready to lower the demands on him. They’ll want to sell players this summer. They cannot afford to lose a player of his caliber in the free transfer next year.

It is still unknown how the situation will develop.

Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle were extremely vulnerable defensively last season. They will compete in the UEFA Champions League in upcoming campaigns, facing world-class attackers. They need to snug their backs to have a good season.

Signing one of the best defenders in the Premier League is a wise decision. If they can sign the Crystal Palace star for a reasonable amount, the deal might look like a master stroke to them.

All three clubs can offer him. Next season, European football, and the 25-year-old will be seduced to join them.
