Reports show Manchester United are keeping an eye on top strikers this summer, offering big weekly wages for prolific but much cheaper Viktor Gyoker alternatives.
Viktor Gyokeres is a name that will never disappear in Manchester United, but his prices seem to be growing by that day, as the Sports CP is reluctant to leave because of its absolute premium or below.
Fabrizio Romano, who shares a quote from club president Frederico Valandas, gave more insight into the Portuguese champion’s plans to draw interest in star strikers this summer.
In addition to the bomb entry from Varandas, Gyoker is disputed to have a release clause of around £85 million at the current exchange rate, where his club wants to be paid in full.
Manchester United also relied on Jenk’s Tol Arokodare as an impressive option that could arrive at a much cheaper rate, as they found it difficult to break through on that front.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth’s Antoine Cemento and West Ham attacker Mohamed Kudus have also been featured by Amorim’s men, indicating that they are leading the line by widening their search for the next centre forward.
Still, Gyoker was considered Manchester United’s number one target at the start of the window due to his existing relationship with his manager, but if the report is believed, someone else might be pleased with the mantle.
Manchester United will provide Moisie Keene with a large salary
According to Corriere Dello Sport, Manchester United will make Fiorentina striker Moisie Keane one of the top winners if they can meet the £44 million release clause, which expires in the first two weeks of July.
Italian International, which is more than £40 million cheaper than Gyoker, has registered three assists in the final campaign with 25 goals and 44 appearances in all competitions.
