  • Hoffenheim seeks Anton Schuttuck price in Leeds interest
  • Stach gives Leeds a strong midfield presence

Leeds United are reportedly informed how much they need to be confused to land certain transfer targets this summer.

The Elland Road hierarchy, which added three new defenders since the end of the 2024/25 season, is set to focus on other areas of Daniel Fark’s team from now until the end of August.

Whites link to familiar Premier League names such as Emiliano Buendia and Sean Longstaff, but they also seem to be looking for another major Europa League for future recruits.

Hoffenheim seeks Anton Schuttuck price in Leeds interest

According to German outlet builds, Leeds remains “very interested” in Hoffenheim midfielder Anton Schtuck, but there are no specific offers yet.

The Bundesliga hopes to retain the 26-year-old for next season and demand a minimum of 20 million euros (£17.2 million) to break up with him.

However, if presented to them in the coming weeks, Die Kraichgauer adds that he will be “happily discussing the appropriate offer.”

Stach gives Leeds a strong midfield presence

Among the productive transfer drives for the three new defenders in Leeds, Fark is certainly keen to bolster his midfield options.

The versatile Stach could be an ideal acquisition if white people can turn Hoffenheim’s head. At the height of his 26-year-old career, he has many high levels of experience in the Bundesliga, and at 6-foot-4 he offers a powerful presence in the midfield engine room.

Towering German is described by the Yorkshire Evening Post as “experts who won the ball.” “The expert who won the ball” shows that they “earn duels, read the game, dominate them in the air.”

His reputation is proven by his performance metrics over the past year. Among the five main league position peers in Europe last season, he averaged intercept (1.65), blocks (1.6), clearance (3.65) and airborne duels won following Fbref (1.83), ranked in the top 15% or more.

I understand correctly why Hoffenheim is not going to hold Stouch and let the cheap go, but if the white guy is ready to meet his asking price, he can give Fark’s side a midfield enforcer who will truly command.
