Classic TT roars back with a thrilling lineup featuring the legendary Michael Dunlop

The classic TT is making a comeback to the Isle of Man after a six-year break. The event, featuring four categories—Formula One, Historic Senior, Historic Junior, and Lightweight—will take place on the Mountain Course from August 20th to 29th.

The Senior Classic TT races will showcase competition across classes, from Formula One to the fastest 1960s riders. Notable participants in the Formula One race include Michael Dunlop, Mike Brown, and Rob Hodson. David Johnson, the last winner of the classic TT in 2019, will also be racing again. Other entrants in this category include Ian Hutchinson, Craig Neve, Jamie Coward, Dominic Herbertson, Paul Jordan, Nathan Harrison, Brian McCormack, Sean Anderson, Michael Evans, Joe Iger, and Barry Farber. International standout riders such as Amalyric Blanc, Julian Trumer, Stefano Bonetti, Maurizio Bottalico, Horst Saiger, and Timothy Monotto are also expected to compete.

For the Historic Senior class on 500cc bikes, racers like Dean Harrison, John McGuinness, and Connor Cummins will be contending. They will face rivals including Co-Illness, Johnson, Brown, Eardley, Herbertson, Jordan, Evans, and Saiger. Shaun Anderson, last year’s Manx Grand Prix winner, will also participate. Additionally, watch for Adam McLean, Alan Overby, Will Lauder, Heffin Owen, Andy Hornby, and Harley Rushton.

In the Historic Junior race on 350cc bikes, riders such as McGuinness, Harrison, Coward, and Jordan will compete. Other racers include Dan Sail, McLean, Evans, Overby, Yearsley, Rushton, Lauder, Tolmer, and Bonetti. The Lightweight Classic TT on 250cc bikes features Ian Lougher, Michael Dunlop, and Mike Brown, along with Stuart Hall, Chris Moore, and Reese Hardy.
