It’s been over a month before the transfer window closes, but so far, Arsenal fans have been screaming a lot.
Mikel Arteta and Co quickly announced the signatures of Christian Norgaard, Martins Bendi, Noni Madueke and Keparizabaraga.
However, they don’t finish there as Spanish defender Cristhian Mosquera is already painted on the club’s training kit.
Additionally, the Premier League runner-up has also linked to Ebebekieze, but based on the report, they could now be another international aftermath of even better signing.
Arsenal Target Eze upgrade
It was not the first time Arsenal had linked to Eze. Just look back at last summer and see the story promoting the Crystal Palace star to return to the club that freed him as a child.
But it’s fair to say that this year’s story felt more concrete. Some argue that consultations have been held with athlete camps and personal terms have been agreed.
But as things stood, the link seemed somewhat quieter, and as far as we know, there was no agreement with the South Londoners hoping to sell him to the British full £68 million release clause.
However, fans shouldn’t worry about missing out on the talented midfielder. Now it appears that we can focus our attention on others, those who sign it more than Eze.
At the very least, it revealed that according to Arsenal’s insider hand, the club had been in touch with Ali Bharat, an agent of Zabi Simons who provided the opportunity to sign Dutch talent.
The news coincides with a report earlier this month, claiming that Gunners are interested in RB Leipzigster, which can be used for around £52 million.
It could be a complicated and expensive transfer, as Simmons is already a great player who can improve even further, and anyone who is a better acquisition than Eze is already a good player, so it could be a complicated and expensive move, but that’s one of the Arsenals to pursue.
Why Simons is a better signature than Eze?
So, it’s wise for Arsenal to sign Simons at Eze this summer, looking under the hood, with the underlying numbers, Leipzig Ace, coming up above.
Like virtually all relevant indicators, it’s not even a close comparison, as the gems of former Paris Saint-Germain appear at the top.
These numbers show that the Dutch are not only more creative forces for his team, but also people who can contribute more when it comes to the unattractive defensive aspects of things.

The second reason why the Premier League runner-up signs the Amsterdam-born ace is that he is even more positionally versatile than the Eagles star, allowing him to play with the entire front line and with 10 players.
Finally, as he is described by analyst Ben Matinson, the “superstar” is also a five-year English junior. That is, he is much higher and could be much better as he cannot reach the peak of his power until he is 26 years old, according to studies that exercised.
Ultimately, Eze and Simons are both extraordinary players and will be Arsenal’s unrealistic signatures.
However, due to his versatility, excellent baseline numbers and age, Arteta and Co. should choose the latter if you can only get one.
