Toni Bridinder Empowers Her Community to Express Creativity Through Fashion

Toni Breidinger is well aware of the stereotypes people hold about her. Many believe that her career in brand partnerships and modeling distracts from her racing talents and that she can’t manage both effectively. She’s eager to challenge that misconception.

Breidinger tells Motorsport.com, “When people claim brand deals impact my racing performance, I respond, ‘No, my performance suffers because I can’t race without the funding.’” At 26, she races full-time in the NASCAR Truck Series and serves as a Dream Brand Ambassador. Her unique style blends motorsports with American pop culture, highlighted by her gaming-inspired look.

She works tirelessly with leading brands like Coach, Victoria’s Secret, 818 Tequila, Dave & Buster’s, and Raising Cane’s—just a few of the big names sponsoring her. For Toni, securing sponsorship is vital since racing requires expensive seat time, making brand deals a necessity to keep competing.

“This cycle is challenging, but I’m committed to giving everything I have right now,” she shares. The financial barriers especially impact young female drivers who must work doubly hard to prove themselves. Yet, Breidinger has turned this challenge into an opportunity, carving out her own space as a symbol for brands eager to enter the growing women’s sports market.

She prefers partnering with brands that target women, giving her a distinct edge since male drivers don’t use many of these products. Being the first Arab-American woman to compete in a NASCAR-sanctioned event, she commands a broader platform and more diverse sponsorships than the typical driver.

Her recent partnership with Dave & Buster’s shows her appeal extends beyond typical makeup and haircare products. She explains, “Every deal I do has to feel authentic, and Dave & Buster’s reminds me of childhood memories in the Bay Area.”

The collaboration with Raising Cane’s also gained traction, uniting the fanbases and drawing new followers, particularly young women inspired by her journey. “It’s thrilling when young girls tell me they want to race because of me,” she says, emphasizing her drive to prove that femininity and racing prowess can coexist.

Breidinger stresses the importance of inclusivity, encouraging girls to pursue their passions without fear that it will hinder their athleticism. She’s found that her love for fashion and style boosts her confidence and performance on the track. “Feeling good about myself helps me race better,” she notes.

Her partnerships, including one with Coach—supported by another female figure in a male-dominated world, Kendall Jenner—highlight how she’s breaking new ground in sponsorships and fan engagement. Despite a hectic schedule bouncing between fashion events and racing, she remains grounded and focused on her ultimate goal: reaching NASCAR’s Cup Series within five years.

Her team, Tricon Garage, respects her balancing act and supports her professional growth. Breidinger admits, “Many changes are needed in NASCAR to elevate the sport, but it’s definitely achievable. This is just the beginning for me.”
