Recently, the top leaderboards have had a lot of new names that are unfamiliar to the top leaderboards, which tend to continue with the 2025 Wyndham Championship. Eight of the last 10 PGA events were won by golfers who notch either their first or second career victory. There are many big names absent at Wyndham Championship 2025 and this could happen again. The Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina will be holding this week’s event. This is the PGA Tour regular season final tournament with tee-off on Thursday.

Matt Fitzpatrick finished fourth in the open earlier this month, and is +2000’s favorite after Aaron Rai (+2200). Keegan Bradley (+2500) is the only top 10 player on the field, but Ben Griffin is +2500 according to the latest 2025 Wyndham Championship Odds. Other major Windham Championship Field winners include Jordans Piece (+3000), Matsuyama Hideki (+3000), and Adam Scott (+5500). Before you lock into the 2025 Wyndham Championship Pick, be sure to check out the golf predictions and expected leaderboards from the Sportsline’s proven computer models.

The Sportsline’s proprietary model, built by DFS Pro Mike McClure, has been red hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020. In fact, the model has surpassed $8,500 on its best bet since its post-tournament reboot.

This same model nailed a whopping 16 majors over the weekend, including the 2025 Master (the fourth Master) and this year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship. Anyone who followed the sports bet pick has seen massive returns Bet Site. With the 2025 Wyndham Championship field locked, Sportsline simulated the tournament 10,000 times, and the results were astounding. Head to SportsLine now to see the projected leaderboard.

2025 Wyndham Championship Prediction

One of the big surprises the models are hoping for at the 2025 Wyndham Championship is Spieth, the 13-time PGA Tour winner and one of their top favorites, stumbles this week, barely cracking the top 10. His results in recent events do not show that he is about to break through, starting with a 40th finish in his final event at the British Open. In Spieth’s final seven starts, he only has one top 10, but is placed outside that was either top 30 or withdrawn in these five tournaments.

Spieth managed runner-up in this extremely tournament on his first start-way in 2013. However, since then, he has been fleeting success in three starts at Sedgefield, finishing in 78th and 72nd, missing out on a cut. That missed cut occurred at an event last year. This is three miss cuts of three major winners over the last calendar year. He is still looking for what made him very good in his youth, and the recent form and history of Spieth’s course does not mean he will rediscover it this week. Look at the others fade here.

Another model’s Wyndham Championship has a strong run in the title. He is the target of anyone looking for a huge payday, as he has a much better chance than his odds imply. We need to look at last year’s Wyndham Championship and see why RAI won the event with their first and only PGA Tour victory. He beat pars in all four rounds, finishing at 18 under, and defeating pars in the 10th round at Sedgefield.

Rye is one of the most accurate golfers on the tour, both when he’s off the tee and heads for the green. He ranks second overall. It operates the driving accuracy percentage, and is the top 25 in the green regulation rate. Sedgefield shares many features with the Detroit Golf Club, which hosts Rocket Mortgage Classic, and Rai excels at the venue. He has the top 10 in both starts, including running in his final appearance in Detroit. Both Sedgefield and Detroit GC are designed by Donald Ross, as Rai’s games are perfectly suited for these types of courses. See who else you choose here.

How to create a 2025 Wyndham Championship Pick

The model’s complete best bet includes four golfers who get off at +3300 or more, including large long shots of +7,000 or more. Anyone who supports these long shots can hit it big. Here you can only see the model picks.
