Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has revealed his future with the club as it is tied to travel this summer.
The 22-year-old has previously had mixed spells at Premier League clubs. There were rumours that Manchester United could bring an upgrade. Hojlund was able to drop Pecking Order next season, and of course there was speculation surrounding his future with the club.
Rasmus Hojlund wants to stay at Man United
However, the striker now reveals that he wants to continue at Old Trafford. He also added that he is a young player and is improving.
He told Chris Wheeler from the Daily Mail:
It remains to be seen whether he is holding back his usual starting spot at Manchester United next season. Danish International must play regularly at this stage of his career.
Manchester United are keen on Benjamin Sesco’s move, and Hozilund wouldn’t want to be a backup option if the Slovenians were signed. It is still unknown how the situation will develop.
Hojlund is still adapted
Hojlund was highly regarded during his time in Atalanta. He still holds his English football and he still couldn’t showcase his true potential. It will be interesting to see if Manchester United is ready to give him time and support to continue his development at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, the player scored just 10 goals in 52 games last season. Manchester United need someone to lead the line better for them if they want to return to the top four and do well in the domestic tournament.
Hojlund needs to increase your performance level if you want to mark in an English club.
