Liverpool hopes to sign Alexander Isaac before the summer transfer window closes, but it will depend on Newcastle to do so. But if history was different, they probably wouldn’t have had the opportunity to make a deal for the 25-year-old striker.

It appears ISAK is increasingly likely to join Liverpool this summer. Newcastle continues its efforts to sign an alternative.

Isaac is widely regarded as one of the best number nines on the planet, and if Liverpool trades on the line it would be an epic business. And they feel even more fortunate given that Swedish International could have lined up for Real Madrid or Borussia Dortmund.

liverpool.com reveals the history of Isaac’s career, explaining that he mostly joined Real Madrid in 2017 in place of Dortmund.

In the next few weeks, Isaac’s situation will be revealed. On Saturday, it was reported that Newcastle would not be leaving the star striker before the summer transfer window closes, but if two numbers can be signed before the deadline, they will almost certainly ease their stance.

But even if this is done by Newcastle, who continues to claim the Premier League champion, who will pay £150 million to reach a deal, it will not be easy for Liverpool to carry out the deal.
