There are a few changes to this year’s Tour Championship. It starts at the beginning of the stroke. This means that everyone starts the playoff finale with a uniform par, competing for a 72 hole stroke play, as usual.
Also new payments. tour Expanding FedExcup’s $100 million prize pool $40 million (official funding) is being provided at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia. However, in the uncut tournament, 30 men have more guaranteed cash.
What players earn by participating in the Tour Championship
- Entering three of the four 2026 majors: Masters, US Open, Open Championship
- 2-year PGA Tour Exemption
- Entering 8 2026 Signature Events (including FEC’s Top 50)
