Serena Williams undergoes physical changes after retiring from tennis. Frequent visitors to her Instagram page were well aware of the fact before Thursday, when tennis legend revealed that she lost over 30 pounds after taking weight loss pills.

Williams, 43, appeared on today’s show and said he lost 31 pounds using the GLP-1. Williams did not disclose which GLP-1 she was taking, but it should be noted that she is a paid spokesman for RO, a medical company.

Williams said the birth of her eldest daughter played a role in Williams’ decision to receive Waitross drugs today.

“This all started after I gave birth to my (first) child,” she continues. “As a woman, you go through different cycles in your life. … No matter what I do, I run, walk, say it’s good, literally playing professional sports, so I walk for hours – and I couldn’t get back to where I needed to be for my health.

Williams attracted a lot of attention when he posted a photo of himself at the gym in July.

GLP-1 has become a popular tool for weight loss in recent years, but some have also been used to treat diabetes. This drug mimics the hormones produced by the body after eating, allowing the patient to feel faster and more complete.

After a two-year career in tennis, Williams retired from sports in 2022. She was considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time and won 23 Grand Slams during her reign at the top.
