Manchester United midfielder Cobby Mineu has linked his move away from the club this summer, and Italian champion Napoli is keen on him now.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, they will talk to Manchester United about the move of the highly rated central midfielder trying to negotiate a deal for Rasmus Hojlund.

Kobbie Mainoo is an elite talent

Mainoo is a tremendous talent with a bright future, but he lost something prominent at Manchester United. Sitting on the bench of a Premier League club doesn’t benefit him. Mainoo should consider moving forward in search of normal play time. The opportunity to move to Naples can be very exciting for him. They have an incredible team and world-class managers like Antonio Conte.

Italians may be able to bring out the best in a talented young midfielder. He was able to help players fulfill their potential. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United and Napoli will be able to secure an agreement over Hozilund and Maine’s move in the coming days. Mainoo is described as a “quality player” by Bruno Fernandes.

Napoli has recently won a league title and is able to offer midfielders the opportunity to compete at the highest level. The midfielder tries to prove himself at the highest level, and the move to Naples might be ideal for him.

The 20-year-old is reportedly on the Roman radar. However, Napoli could provide him with Champions League football, which could play a key role in getting the deal done.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Manchester United could end up regretting the decision to let one of their valuable young prospects leave the club.
