Tottenham Hotspur is a shy, shy £150 million in new transfers through the summer window, with Thomas Frank being supported for success in North London.
Dane took the reins during the offseason and has already begun a great life in this role – defeating Manchester City 2-0 in Etihad in recent weeks.
However, his side has been further strengthened in the past few days, landing the Xavi Simons signature from RB Leipzig on a 60 million euro (£52 million) transfer.
The Dutch seemed ready to travel to Chelsea between these windows, but the Lily Whites completed their own hijacking after missing out on Morgan Gibbs White and Ebebeki Eze.
With a few days remaining in the transfer window, Frank still managed to land many other options on the radar, and more reinforcements to his first team’s team.
After signing Simons, hunt for new additions of Spurs
After strengthening the midfield division, Spurs Frontline now appears to be the next focus for the recruitment team.
Recently, it has been reported that the winger is being offered to Lily White, but it is unclear whether the British deal is temporary or permanent.
However, according to Football Insider, another Premier League in the form of Brentford’s Star Yoan Wissa is also being promoted in the switch to North London.
Their report argues that after previously building a good relationship with Dr. Congo International at GTEC, Frank is considering the slow moves of the previous striker.
The players also said they are targeting Newcastle United’s interest and hope to leave almost certainly by Monday’s deadline.
Why is the Spurs’ £60m goal a frank answer to Isaac?
Alexander Isaac is a talent who has constantly tormented countless backlines in the Premier League, and the Spurs are just one of the clubs who have felt the rage of Swedish strikers.
With five appearances against Lily White throughout his career, the 25-year-old has won six (all-side joints).
However, he has almost certainly made the window appear to leave St James’ park after refusing to play under Eddie Howe so far amid a massive transfer link to Liverpool.
Without a doubt, his current employer doesn’t want to lose the Swedes after netting more than 20 top flight goals in each of the last two campaigns.
He and Wissa both share similarities in the current club taking into account their respective situations and then hope to set out to pursue new challenges after 2025/26.
However, they also have matching qualities as labelled as similar players by FBREF, allowing Brentford stars to surpass ISAK in key areas throughout 2024/25.
Labeled “Incredible” by one content creator, Wissa has scored a great goal per shot at the target rate, but has gained more effort on target.

He also completed more passes he tried, but made more passes to the final third of the 90. It offers the perfect ballplay option.
Despite his smaller frame, Wissa was able to win more victory in the air as he entered 2024/25.
The £60 million for Dr. Congostar’s signature may seem like a lot, but if Isaac is currently valued at £150 million, Wissa’s move could actually be a great deal for Frank and his team.
If he could replicate such a level in North London, he would add a new dimension to the forefront and then increase the chances of success in the Premier League over the next few years.
