The “perfect choice” to become the next Rangers Manager is currently one of the candidates to take on Ibrox alongside linked Sean Dish, Danny Roll and Stephen Gerrard.

Russell Martin was fired by the Guers on Sunday evening, and a 1-1 draw against Scottish Premiership Falkirk proved to be one overwhelming result for the board, making him eighth place on the table.

It was a decision that had come for months and it was time for the 49ers to nail their successor to the British, with Martin being poor and not recovering at Ibrox.

Former Everton and Burnley boss Sean Dish is an early candidate who came to Ibrox as he has had a huge amount of experience in search of new challenges after leaving the Blues last year.

Meanwhile, he feels possible to reunite Stephen Gerrard, leading him to the glory of the league title in 2020/21, and young German Danny Roll has been highly praised within Ibrox as he is looking for a new club after Sheffield on Wednesday.

Ranger focuses on the 52-year-old manager who is the “perfect choice”

According to a new claim from Have a sportKevin Muscat is considered the fourth option alongside Dyche, Gerrard and Rohl, and there are so many on the Rangers radar to become the next manager.

The 52-year-old is currently in charge of Shanghai Port FC, but GERS may want to seduce him by Ibrox, who played there during his playing career. The obstacle facing the 49ers is that Muscat contracts in China are considered to be highly advantageous and tax-exempt. In other words, he must be seriously seduced by the projects offered at Ibrox to move.

Muscat has been constantly appointed as a potential manager for the Rangers in recent years, and is often linked to work when it becomes available. In fact, Rangers Journal believes he is always the “perfect choice” for Gers, and the club decided to hire others like Philippe Clement and Martin instead.

Certainly Muscat has no European experience in management. This works against him in terms of knowing the British match well, but if fans see him as a popular option, it helps first of all.

The Rangers board must be extremely careful in decision making and does not want to make a false appointment for three times in a row, but Muscat stands out as a front runner and the fact that he knows the club well from the day he plays is nothing but a good thing.
