Manchester United fans may be interested to learn that Real Madrid forward Endrik has certain criteria in mind when considering a January loan move.
The Brazil international is regarded as a top young talent but has struggled for playing time at the Bernabéu and is likely to benefit from a loan spell to gain more experience.
I reported in the Daily Briefing earlier this week that Endrik is most likely to join Real Sociedad due to his strong links with Madrid.
However, with Sociedad ruled out and Endrik prioritizing playing for a European club, there already appears to be a new twist in the story.
See El Chiringuito’s report on Endrik’s agent meeting with Real to discuss his situation below…
Although it appears that Endrick has not yet decided on a specific club, the 19-year-old is said to be interested in moving away from Spain for the time being.
Man Utd are also keeping an eye on Endrick, so the fact that they are outside of La Liga may raise expectations, but the problem is that they don’t play in Europe either.
After a difficult period at Real Madrid, where will Endrik go next?
Endrik now has to make his next move after a difficult start to his time at Los Blancos, and it looks like he will have to wait a little longer before making a final decision.
Football España points out that there is a long list of other clubs who could join Endrick’s options, such as Brighton and West Ham, as well as big names in Europe such as Juventus and Marseille.
Benjamin Sesco’s late start at Old Trafford could mean United could add depth up front, but it remains to be seen how realistic this deal is.
