Anderlecht midfielder Natan de Cato has been doing very well for the Belgian club and his performances have attracted the attention of the first teams.
TEAMtalk reports that Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton and Aston Villa are monitoring his progress. The 17-year-old is a great talent with a bright future and could be a great signing for two English clubs.
Tottenham keen to sign Nathan De Cat
Tottenham are looking to add more technical ability and creativity to their squad. They believe the Belgian could be a useful acquisition for them. He has great technique and vision. He will help create chances in the final third and allow Spurs to break down deep defensive units. De Cat has contributed 10 goals this season.
Similarly, Aston Villa are keeping an eye on him. They believe he could be the ideal long-term partner for Boubacar Kamara.
It will be interesting to see which of the two clubs comes forward to sign him. It could cost around £31m, including bonuses.
Tottenham and Aston Villa have the financial wherewithal to pay his asking price. While the reported amount may seem steep at the moment, the player is only 17 years old and has plenty of time to justify the investment.
