  • Iliman Ndiaye is in great form this season
  • Liverpool may struggle to sign Everton attacker

According to TEAMtalk, Everton have no intention of selling winger Iliman Ndiaye in the January transfer window.

The Everton attacker has been one of the best players in David Moyes’ side this season and, unsurprisingly, his performances have impressed some top clubs.

Recent media speculation has linked Liverpool, Everton’s biggest rivals in the Premier League, with a move for N’Diai.

However, TEAMtalk reports that Everton’s stance is to keep the player at the club for the long term, and with Ndiaye’s contract running until 2029, they are now in a strong position to make that happen.

Iliman Ndiaye is in great form this season

Ndiaye has been a positive asset for the Toffees this season and his performances, along with his understanding and partnership with Jack Grealish, have caught the attention of supporters and pundits alike.

With Everton showing no interest in selling Ndiaye in the winter transfer window, Liverpool will need to turn their focus to other attacking targets.

But there is a silver lining for Arne Slot’s team. The paper states that Everton could be willing to sell the attacker in the summer transfer window if they can secure a substantial bid.

Even if the bid was huge, selling to local rivals Liverpool would be unthinkable for Moyes and his team.

Tottenham, Newcastle United, Juventus, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid are keeping a close eye on Ndiay this season.

With four goals and one assist in the Premier League this season, N’Diai has shown his creativity and scoring ability. His ability to press from the front, take on players and create chances for his team-mates is something many teams in the Premier League would covet.

Everton’s stance remains firm, Ndiaye is not for sale and those interested may have to wait until the summer.
