The 2026 MotoGP season kicks off with its first of two pre-season tests set for early February. The season opener will be the Thai Grand Prix, scheduled from February 27th to March 1st, marking the start of 22 races in 2026.

As the season approaches, teams are noting down their key launch dates, with each of the 11 MotoGP teams preparing to reveal their 2026 plans. Below is a detailed schedule of team presentations:

– Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team Ducati will hold their season launch on January 14th in Rome. Valentino Rossi’s team enters its fifth MotoGP season with riders Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli, aiming to build on last year’s podium successes and end their win drought since the 2023 Indian GP.

– Prima Pramac Racing Yamaha is set to be the first team to unveil its new colors on January 13th at the Accademia Musical della Chigiana in Italy. This event will mark Toprak Razgatlioglu’s official MotoGP debut alongside teammate Jack Miller, with announcements on the Moto2 team colors also expected.

– Aprilia Racing will present its 2026 season at Milan’s Sky Studio on January 15th. After its best-ever premier class season—including four wins and second place in the constructors’ championship—Aprilia aims for the world title.

– Ducati Lenovo Team’s traditional launch is planned for January 19th at Madonna di Campiglio in Italy, combining bike unveilings with skiing festivities. Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia will seek to continue Ducati’s championship success into the 1000cc era.

– Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP will reveal the livery of its first modern V4 bike on January 21st in Jakarta, Indonesia. Yamaha is moving away from its inline-four engine, hoping this change will rejuvenate their competitiveness and retain star Fabio Quartararo.

This article will be updated with new team launch dates as they become available.
