  • Will Angelo Stiller join Manchester United?
  • Will Mainu and Fernandes leave?

Bruno Fernandes and Koby Mainu have been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.

According to journalist Dean Jones, both players could soon leave the club and Manchester United have already identified potential replacements. They are keen to sign VfB Stuttgart star Angelo Stiller.

Will Angelo Stiller join Manchester United?

The 24-year-old German midfielder has performed very well for both club and country and could be a great signing. He could help strengthen Manchester United’s defense and create chances. Stiller has all the qualities to develop into a complete midfielder. He is highly rated in Germany and has the quality to play well in the Premier League.

Dean Jones told TEAMtalk: “If Man United were to look for a replacement for Bruno outside the Premier League, I would expect Angelo Stiller to be among their targets.

“I’ve been hearing his name mentioned as a target for some time, but always with the caveat that he would be a replacement for Koby Mainu or Fernandes.

“At this rate, both players are likely to leave the club soon, so I think Steeler could be talked about at a time when Manchester United are looking for more tenacity in the middle of the field.

“Stieler can not only play deep in midfield, but he can also be creative. If they find another midfielder to go in there, that will be the plan. Then they can start looking at long-term plans.”

Mainu has struggled to get regular minutes and needs to push forward in his quest for playing time. Meanwhile, Fernandes recently gave a shocking interview in which he criticized the club’s hierarchy.

It will be interesting to see if both players move forward in the coming months. Stiller is still very young and will grow even more with the right guidance. He could be a good long-term investment for Manchester United.
